The three partner tiers
How much you earn depends on what role you play in the sale. You start at Affiliate and can move up as you produce.
Affiliate
You make warm introductions. Tendly runs the entire sales process.
20% of setup fee · 20% of monthly subscription for 12 months
Sales Partner
You pitch and qualify; Tendly demos and closes.
30% of setup fee · 30% of monthly subscription for 12 months
Agency Partner
You sell end to end. Tendly handles fulfillment and support, or you white-label and run delivery yourself.
40% of setup fee · 40% of monthly subscription, lifetime of the account
Agency Partners also have a wholesale option: pay Tendly $400 per Growth account, bill your customer the standard $999, keep the spread. Use it instead of the 40% lifetime commission when you bill the customer directly.
Growth Ambassador override
Growth Ambassador is a separate one-level override that stacks on top of any tier above. If you bring another partner into the program, you earn 10% of setup and 10% of monthly recurring for 12 months on the real customer revenue Tendly collects from deals your recruited partner closes.
One level only. No chain past your direct partner. No signup bonuses. You earn when your recruited partner's customers actually pay, not when they sign up.
When you actually get paid
- The customer pays an invoice in Stripe.
- Tendly emits a commission row to your ledger (status: Pending) the same minute the invoice clears.
- A Tendly super-admin reviews and flips the row to Approved (usually within a few business days).
- On the next payout cycle the approved commissions disburse.
International payouts: Stripe Connect or Wise
Partners onboard from over 40 countries, including the Philippines, Mexico, India, Brazil, and Nigeria. We support two payout rails so you can get paid in your local currency.
- Stripe Connect Express is the default for countries Stripe supports (US, UK, AU, CA, EU, plus PH, MX, IN, BR, NG, and 40+ others). Funds transfer directly to your local bank.
- Wise is the fallback for countries Stripe Connect does not yet support. Same payout schedule, same ledger, same approval flow. You receive in your local currency.
The partner portal is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Tagalog, Hindi, and Bahasa. Customer-facing Tendly remains US, UK, AU, and CA at launch.
Clawback (the honest part)
If the customer refunds or cancels within 60 days, the corresponding commission gets reversed (status: Clawed back). Outside the 60-day window, your commission stands even if the customer later churns.
This is straightforward fairness. We do not want to pay commission on customers who never saw value, but once a customer is past the early window you earned the credit.
Lead ownership: who gets credit when two people refer the same business
60-day ownership window. The first partner to submit a valid business lead (via the partner portal) owns it for 60 days, as long as the business was not already in Tendly's CRM.
Duplicate-lead tie-breaking (in order):
- Existing Tendly CRM owner (we keep prior relationships).
- First valid partner submission.
- Partner with proof of warm introduction.
- Tendly super-admin decision if disputed.
If a lead goes cold (no response, no booked call) inside the 60-day window, Tendly may reopen or reassign it.
What you can and cannot say
Tendly enforces a compliance gate on partner outreach. The following are blocked:
- Guaranteed revenue, jobs, or SEO ranking claims
- Specific income claims like "make $10k/mo"
- "Completely replaces your office staff"
- Fake scarcity ("only 5 spots today" without a real cap)
- Purchased lists, list scraping, spam
See the full Acceptable Use Policy and your Partner Agreement. Violations can suspend your account without forfeit of already-earned commission, but future earnings stop.
