Clawback policy
If the customer refunds within 60 days, the commission reverses. After 60 days, the commission stands even if they cancel later.
Lead ownership
First partner to submit a valid lead owns it for 60 days. Existing CRM owners take precedence.
Ambassador override
10% of setup and monthly recurring on partners you recruit, on real customer revenue only. One level. No chain.
Agency reseller
Pay $400 per account, charge $999, keep the spread. Alternative to lifetime recurring share.
